5 stars!-Beautiful in person, Nice quality, Super fast shipping, Sizing measurement accurate. I bought this for upcoming 50th Gatsby theme party I am attending on 3/26. I was nervous that it may not make it on time because I placed my order 2/27 and website plus some reviews said it took awhile for delivery, but surprisingly mine came today 3/4!!! I am 5'3 and 135lbs and in between small and med, meaning I am between size 4 and 6. I looked at their sizing measurement and thanks to all reviews, I decided to get size S which is 4-6 or 2-6 (the one I ordered says S (2-6), dress came and fits me just fine! as if it was custom made for me! Had I went to Med which indicated size 8 (I was thinking to get it too as a back up, because I dont want it to be too fit or too tight or body hugging), it would have been loose on me and would not look good-because #1 the armpit hole, small is just perfect not too loose not tight, decent amount of mobility of your arm, when I raise my arms , the dress is still comfortable around the armpit even if you move around;#2 the waist section, had I went for a Med I would look like I'm pregnant :) it will be too loose, not flattering at all, small size emphasized my curve decently no bulging around the waist , again not tight, decent amount of looseness, when the dress came, I just finished eating dinner plus junk food (some chips) and dessert (cake) so you could imagine I feel really bloated and I almost did not want to try it on but the dress was too beautiful, I couldn't resist so I went for it, and fits perfectly!!!!;#3- the length of the dress, medium would have been too long, which should not be a big deal but small is the right length for me. Overall, I am beyond satisfied because the quality is good for the price I paid (I did not really want to pay more than $50 for a dress that I know I will only wear for 4hours on top), it doesn't look cheap at all. I also bought some accessories to complete my outfit which I am so pleased as well. Highly recommended!

I ordered A sequin dress and was very uncomfortable till it arrived. I was afraid size will not fit, it would not have the same look as on a picture, however the dress was tailored fit and smashing look. I can’t wait to go on my next cruise or ballroom club, love my new dress and it is my honest review.

The dress itself is very pretty and detailed, but the beads, tassels and sequins are very delicate and fall of if you aren't careful. I can't wait to wear it to my 1920s themed New Year's Eve party!

I am so happy I found retrostage! I ordered this dress for my 1920s themed birthday party, and I received so many compliments! The fit was almost perfect, but I am usually in between sizes, so if I had to do it again I would go down a size. I plan to wear this again for an upcoming 20's themed party, and my roommate has already borrowed it once!

LOVE IT! I ordered this for a 20s themed party coming up next month. I just received it and I LOVE IT! I'm a size 6 in dresses but ordered up a size per reviews and am glad I did. It fits perfect and the length (fringe) hits mid-calf (I'm 5'2"). This dress is substantial and worth the price.

Beyond Pleased Dress is FABULOUS! Looks so much more expensive than it actually cost. Will be perfect for the 1920's party I'm going to but could easily wear it to a formal function and fit in perfectly. I looked at the size chart and chose based on the measurements. Fits just right. Not too tight, not too loose. Would recommend to anyone wanting a costume OR formal dress for a special occasion. I especially like the cap sleeves.

Gorgeous, & A Great Buy! This dress is just gorgeous. I was worried about size, because I am a curvy 14-16 depending on fit. I was also worried about the side zipper and ease of getting in and out. None of my worries were founded. The quality of the dress is great. It fits like a glove (enough room for my chest and booty). No problem putting it on or getting it off. It looks much more expensive than it was. I'll be wearing it for a Roaring 20's New Years Eve party, but i may be able to wear it for other fancy events, as it does not look costume-y. I'm so pleased.
