If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to exchange it or return it for a refund, please email our customer service team at service@retro-stage.com for after-sales support. We will respond within one business day with further instructions.

 

Important Return Information:

 

  1. You have 15 daysfollowing receipt of your order to reach out to us to start a return or refund. You MUST contact us first before initiating a return. We do not accept itemsthat are sent back without prior communication.

 

  1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees and discounts are non-refundable.

 

  1. If our customer service team confirms that we sent you the wrong item, we will immediately accept your return and ship the correct product immediately.

 

  1. We provide a full refund for items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our error. Please email photos of the damaged or faulty items to our service team atservice@retro-stage.com.

 Items that have been damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for a refund.

 

New After-Sales Policy 2024

 

Customers can request a return within 15 days of receiving the package. Once we confirm the receipt of your returned package, we will initiate the refund process.  To be eligible for a return or refund, items must meet the following criteria:

 

  1. The product must beunusedand in its original condition.
  2. The product must have beenfaulty, damaged, broken, or soiled upon arrivalOR

 must be the wrong size or color.

 

Return Procedure:

 

  1. Before returning the package, please reach out to our customer serviceteam advising them ofthe items you want to return as well as the reason for return.

 

  1. Once you have received approval, send the package back to us.

 

  1. After sending out the return package, contact our customer service team with the following information:

 

① The relevant order number

② Names and quantities of returned items

③ Tracking number and shipping company for the return package

④ Photo of the returned products

⑤ Photo of the shipping label from the package we sent to you

⑥ Photo of the shipping label on the package you returned to us

⑦ The unique barcode on the item’s original packaging

 

  1. After receiving and inspecting the return package, wewill process your refund within 5 business days.

 

Note: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–14 business days (or up to 30 days in some cases) for the refund to be reflected in your account.
