If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to exchange it or return it for a refund, please email our customer service team at service@retro-stage.comย for after-sales support. We will respond within one business day with further instructions.

Important Return Information:

- You have 15 daysย following receipt of your order to reach out to us to start a return or refund. You MUST contact us first before initiating a return. We do not accept itemsthat areย sent back without prior communication.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees and discounts are non-refundable.
- If our customer service team confirms that we sent you the wrong item, we will immediately accept your return and ship the correct product immediately.
- We provide a full refund for items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our error. Please email photos of the damaged or faulty items to our service team at service@retro-stage.com.
ย Items that have been damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for a refund.

Customers can request a returnย within 15 days of receiving the package. Once we confirm the receipt of your returned package, we will initiate the refund process. ย To be eligible for a return or refund, items must meet the following criteria:

- The product must have beenfaulty, damaged, broken, or soiled upon arrival OR must be the wrongย size or color.

Return Procedure:

- Before returning the package, please reach out to our customer service team advising them ofthe items you want to return as well as the reasonย for return.
- Once you have received approval, send the package back to us.
- After sending out the return package, contact our customer service team with the following information:

- After receiving and inspecting the return package, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Note: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5โ14 business days (or up to 30 daysย in some cases) for the refund toย beย reflectedย in your account.
